Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges can only be offered if the product is faulty or returned unused and in its original condition.

As a small business, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any loss in value if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As with other returns, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
